Refurbishment

Machine was stripped down to bare metal then painted. All labels, wires, e-stops and controls were replaced with brand new parts.

Installations

Production line and control cabinet was relocated from one area to current position.

This included running new 480 and 120 volt supplies.

Machine was removed from service, packaged and secured in crating for shipment.

Fabrication

Table was custom made for customer with logo cnc’d with a blue back plate to show lettering.

Rossi Tile Press

Tile press was bought from Italy and sat for many years before Solid State rebuilt with Rockwell automation parts.

System was originally built with an older Omron PLC. Press was completely stripped of wiring and built with compact logics PLC with Rockwell Automation HMI.

Similar machine operates with two people and about 60 second cycle time. This machine now runs with a 45 second cycle time with only one operator.

Cammerzil Press

Press had been sitting for years. Unit came previously installed with and Omron PLC and controls. Press was stripped to bare metal and brought by to life with a cobalt blue with all moving parts painted to a safety orange. New control cabinet was built with an Allen Bradley L36er PLC and Panel View plus 1000. All control items were built with Automation Direct parts for cost savings.

All hydraulics were rebuilt with Parker brand valves and hoses. Additional proportional valve was added to give a precise feed back on tile depth position.
